Alla Conferenza internazionale su Sviluppo e Migrazioni che si svolge a Roma su iniziativa del Presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, prendono parte i leader di quasi tutti gli Stati della sponda Sud del Mediterraneo allargato, del Medio Oriente e del Golfo, gli Stati Ue di primo approdo e alcuni partner del Sahel e del Corno d'Africa, i vertici delle Istituzioni europee e delle Istituzioni finanziarie internazionali.
